We will need your VIN or Engine Serial Number 2003-2007 Cummins 5.9L Long Block All long blocks come with ARP HEAD STUDS already installed and the Valvetrain (rocker assemblies) already set and adjusted Sheetmetal (Valve covers, timing cover, and oil pan, etc) are not included, as these are transferred over from your old motor and reused. Cylinder heads include new UPDATED Oversized Hi-Nickel Exhaust Seats and Oversized Hi-Nickel Intake Seats as the factory valve seats are very known to drop out and destroy your motor so we fix one of the major issues the 5.9L Cummins has, then we perform a Performance Valve Job, Surfaced, Heads are vacuum checked for valve seating and magnafluxed for cracks. Performance Valve Guide Liners installed in all our heads to ultimate longevity. NOW INCLUDED IN ALL BUILDS ARE NEW VALVE SPRINGS and Can be upgraded to Heavy Duty Valve Springs for guys towing heavy or higher RPMS are needed. ALSO includes threaded Soft Plugs in place of press in freeze plugs in the head under the valve cover. Most Crankshafts are Magnafluxed and Polished or very few have to be turned as we only allow the mains to be turned .010 over max, we never use cranks that need to be turned more than that or have to be turned on the Rod Journals as this weakens the crank when turning the rod journals. Connecting Rods are Reconditioned Mahle or Dualogy Pistons always used Mahle or King Performance Bearings always used on Rod and Main Bearings Camshaft is checked for size and Tappets are flat ground or new Tappets are used if no good tappets are available in our stock.
The Blocks are Bored and Torque Plate Honed on all our motors which is what has to be done to assure a perfectly round cylinder with using head studs which most builders WILL NOT DO.
Includes Rocker Assemblies, Pushrods, and Preset to OE Specs All our motors come with ARP Head Studs, Full Gasket Kit for installation (MAHLE, Cometic, etc), New Oil Cooler and New CUMMINS Oil Pump. Parts and Gaskets used for our rebuilds will included parts sourced from Cummins, Mahle, SBI, Interstate McBee, and Cometic Gaskets. If you have a specific setup you would like let us know. We can Firering or O'ring the Cylinder Head if needed, coat pistons, install different cams, valve springs and pushrods, provide injectors and cp3 pumps, turbo kits, etc just let us know how we can help with your build.
